Born in 1972 in Amsterdam, herrschulze (Oliver Schulze) grew up in Milan, Italy. Early influence by the record collection of his elder brother (Zappa, Hendrix, Sex Pistols, The Who...).
As a big fan of underground comics herrschulze decided to take a walk on the wild side so that he would have some stories to tell as an artist. Since 2003 he is studying design in the beautyful city of Cologne (Germany). Participation at several group exhibitions, some solo exhibitions and illustrating jobs for various magazines, labels and advertising campaigns. The center of herrschulze's artwork lies in comics and drawing characters, always walking the line between imagination and hallucination.
