Attracted firstly by hip hop and funk Boonter Bruckner discovered the electronic music at the beginning of the 90's when the first raves emerged in the South of France with DJs such as Adam Beyer, Cari Lekebusch or Luke Slater...
He soon became an active DJ within the local techno scene. From 1995 to 1997 he was a resident DJ at the radio Take No Typ and he also got involved in the Eko des Garrigues free radio.
After several years of djing, he built a home-studio and got gripped by minimalist and jerky rhythms coming from Photek, Aphex Twin or Squarepusher.
In 1998 he joined the Quantikkonfusion Rec collective - a division of Capsule Corporation - as a live-act. Under the alias of Lenfan he released his first tracks on Maximum "QK02" and "QK03". Thereafter, he frequently performed on the techno/hardtechno scene in Toulouse and Lyon.
Four years later he integrated the Kamèhouse Rec. collective - for a mixture of breakbeat, techno, hip hop and drum'n'bass. He performed alongside Interlope, Radiobomb, Dual Engine (Black Tambour), E.S.T (LifeFM, Uk) - to name but a few - got residencies in Montpellier and organized the Kamèhouse parties.
Working on production in 2006, Boonter Bruckner returns to his first love : techno music.
New collaborations, new projects, keep an eye on this guy !
