'Supopon' is our second Various Artists compilation. It was a long but exciting journey to collect all those tracks, written and produced mostly by first*timers on Sweet Smelling Surfaces and to get a 100% exclusive artwork specially created for this project by the German visualist herrschulze in Köln.

Just would like to thank all the artists involved in 'Supopon' and  all the other members of the SSS gang! Of course without their patience and generosity, without their skills and talent nothing could really happen in Sweet Smelling Surfaces.

More than ever we intend to use our netlabel as an exploration tool trying to find out what's growing up in the electronic musics today, feeling some exquisite vibes and sharing them with you. You've always got a good surprise at every corner when wandering in the Homemade Electronic Musics fields. Just keep your mind open enough to find out the keys to those new worlds.

The sounds may be harsh or lovely, the levels up or down, the mixes messy or crystal clear, (and the tracklisting a bit chaotic, ha!)... but the tracks in 'Supopon' are coming from the very deep heart of the artists... they goes naked for a while, les nichons et le zboube à l'air!
