This is our first collaboration with Pino Grzybowsky, a long time friend of mine (Tampopo) and SSS. We tried to organise a Dr.Scissors' release at the early stage of our netlabel but it was quite difficult to make all agendas coincide, but I kept on expecting proposing some of Pino's music on Sweet Smelling Surfaces. During my visit to Munich where I was invited to play at the Electrotation sixth anniversary party in August 2006, I had the chance to meet Pino for real and a few days after we shook hands he sent me the tracks of his new project, Edgar 9000.
